Plump Lake Rules

Arrival: No earlier than 12 noon
Departure: Please leave by 10am

Fishing Rules
- Maximum 3 rods per angler
- Pole fishing is allowed (1 rod per angler)
- Predator fishing is prohibited
- Bait boats are permitted
- Rowing boats are not permitted - there is one on site but this is for the owner's use only
- Stalking is not permitted outside of the designated swims
- All vegetable and artificial baits are allowed on the hair rig
- Single hooks only, size 2 to 6, barbless only (micro barbs tolerated)
- Fixed rigs are prohibited
- Minimum 0.30mm nylon main line
- Braided main line, leaders and hooklinks are prohibited
- Coated braid, combi-link boom and loop rigs are allowed for hooklinks
- Leadcore prohibited

Fish Care / General
- A weighing sling is required
- A cradle is provided on every swim
- On arrival, you must spray your unhooking mats, cradle, landing nets, slings, waders and all equipment that comes into or onto the water using the disinfectant sprayer provided
- A carp care kit is mandatory (can be purchased on site)
- Only floating retention slings permitted for retaining injured fish, not for general use
- It is compulsory to apply antiseptic treatment to the hook wound or any visible injury when a fish is caught
- Where possible, please unhook fish in the landing net and lift them out using your sling
- No dogs allowed
- Anyone who does not follow these rules will be excluded from the lake without refund. Legal action may be taken depending on the seriousness of the offence and any damage caused.

If you or a member of your party experiences any issues during your holiday, please report them immediately to the venue owner/bailiff and to Angling Lines. This allows us the opportunity to resolve the matter while you are still at the lake, in line with our holiday Terms & Conditions.
