Lake Rules

• Please arrive after 4pm and leave no later than 10am.
• An Accidental Damage Deposit - £150 for Lake House and £100 for Lotus and Willow Cottages - is to be paid on arrival to the owners. The money will be returned to you by cheque (in £’s) the week following your holiday, assuming everything is left undamaged & clean.
• Only paying guests are allowed on the lake. The angler is responsible for any damage caused.
• No litter around the lake.
• People found to be leaving faeces anywhere around the lake will be asked to leave immediately.
• Only green bivvies or tents around the lake.
• Radios must be used quietly. Fires are not allowed. Swimming is not allowed.
• The cutting of trees, bushes or lotus flowers is strictly forbidden.
• The owners cannot be held responsible for loss or theft during your stay.
• No refund given for early departure.
• The owners have the right to inspect fishing tackle and may stop the use of incorrect equipment, eg. barbed hooks, small landing nets/unhooking mats.
• You will be asked to leave for improper behaviour of any kind.
• Bait packs can be pre-ordered with Angling Lines & be waiting for you on arrival.
