Mas Bas Main Lake Fish

There are approximately 210 hard fighting carp up to mid 50's. Stock includes two 50's, around 8 x 40's and a good number of 30's, with the bulk being in the 20's.

The lake also has pike to 1.2m long, zander to 15lb and black bass to 10lb. Tench, roach, bream and perch are also present.

Each year the owner tries to add a few more carp as part of his ongoing management programme.

Mas Bas cannot always be regarded as a “runs” water… but when you’re fishing for fish to mid 50's it is definitely worth the effort.
