A Special Catch at Seigneurie, 21st Oct

Stories like this are what make it all worthwhile! ❤️🎣

Back in August 2022, Mike caught what I consider to be the most beautiful carp in Seigneurie Lake at 38lb 11oz.

Fast forward to yesterday afternoon, and Mike was back at the lake with his son… and this time, it was his son's turn to catch the very same fish, now weighing an incredible 53lb 8oz! 🤯🔥

Mike has been a regular here for years and has become a good friend along the way. I always enjoy sharing a cup of tea and a Twix with him during the week! ☕🍫

Seeing this fish come full circle and now being caught by his son is what makes moments like these so special.

Thank you both, guys, for the great memories! ❤️🎣

ANOTHER 60LB+ MONSTER FROM SEIGNEURIE LAKE! 🤯🔥, 13th Oct

Another absolute monster came out of Seigneurie Lake today, weighing an incredible 65.5lb! 🎣

This common carp was caught last year, at the end of September, by Paul Martin at 55lb. One year later, it's gained an amazing 10.5lb in just 12 months! 😱

It's easy to recognise this fish thanks to the missing scale on one side. And just look at the difference in its belly between the two captures - it's noticeably fuller and fatter now!

With this latest 60lb+ carp, that brings us to 5 different carp over 60lb in the lake! 🤯

Honestly, I still can't believe it. What an incredible fishery Seigneurie is becoming! 💪🔥🎣

What a start at Seigneurie Lake this week! 🤯🎣, 3rd Oct

Two absolute MONSTERS at 61lb and 61.1lb - just 1oz between these two incredible carp! 😱

Joseph Morley booked the lake exclusively with his two mates, with one angler fishing from each swim… and this is the result from their very first morning!

Absolutely crazy! 🔥

The Carp have finally started spawning on Thursday night at Seigneurie, they are still on it this morning. Maybe a few more days with nice warm weather and it should be over. 😎🔞
