Details of your catches:
108 Carp between the 5 anglers, Shaun(46yrs),Glenn(43yrs),Mike(34yrs),Kevin(15yrs) and Greg(14yrs). Over 20 Carp on the trip weighed over 20lb the biggest was 25.8lb. We all agreed that this was a good weeks fishing due to the quantity of fish we caught in the week!!
Your best tactics/bait/rigs:
Whilst experimenting baits through the week My son Kevin found that using a snowman rig consisting of a bright pop up worked bagging him 21 carp up to 23lb 8oz, I myself fished the snowman rig, but on one rod i used a mugga hook with a matrix boilie presented off the back of the hook cacthing me 22 carp in the week including the biggest, weighing 25.8lb, due to us losing alot of fish the mugga hook seemed to prevent this from happening. Mike fished on a snowman rig but had a richworth ultraplex pop up on, cacthing him over 50 carp in the holiday, finally Gregg and Glenn had many of there fish on The Matrix giving them a total of 20 fish between them.

General Comments:
I am really unhappy about fishing a lake which was much altered due to the high water levels. We only booked it because it was small & fishable from the central spit. High water levels made this impossible. NOTE FROM ANGLING LINES.... one of the wettest Springs on record raised water levels and made bank conditions difficult on many of our venues at this time. We are sorry about this but it is obviously beyond our control.

Details of your catches:
Fantastic fishing - around 10 fish per day, averaging 25lb... up to 32lb. Hectic fishing! At one time we had 3 rods away at the same time!
Your best tactics/bait/rigs:
Fished plastic maize over large beds of maize - nothing complicated.

Details of your catches:
Unbelievable fishing!!! 63 fish, smallest 17lb, average mid 20's. 4 fish over 29lb.... 1@ 30lb 12oz
Your best tactics/bait/rigs:
Fished left bank (looking from cabin) around 20m out (water level was very high so I was actually fishing just past the tree line). PVA bags of pellets and 3/4 grains of maize on the hook. Tried boilies but maize was the best. Pineapple boilies worked OK but not so good on fishy or meaty flavours. Every run was a screamer!

General Comments:
This session was unbelievable - I really didn't fish at night because I was too tired. I know it sounds ridiculous now but thats the truth! I fished from noon on the Friday & was gone by the Monday lunch & I only had one rod out on the Friday! Manic fishing! If you want action this is the place to come.
