We caught 30 fish between us. Biggest being 40lb Common and 7 fish above 35lb

Fishing for one fish at a time using tiger nuts

Basic but everything you could need. It would be good if you had a freezer for bait. We took a small fridge to keep food cool in the hot conditions

General Comments:

Brocard Large is a brilliant lake. You have a lot of space between swims, but it could be quite peggy. We fished swim 5 and there was 1 angler in swim 10 which wasn't a problem. But I could see this being an issue if someone was in swim 6 and 12 as you all fish to the same water. Overall a beautiful lake and all fish are in great condition. We will definitely be returning.

General Comments:

The water levels were low last week but it didn't affect the fishing at all, it was a red hot week with temps to well over mid 30's all week but the fish kept coming, I love brocard for the peace and quiet and Franck is an absolute top man

We had 19 carp to 46lb, fishing was hard due to weather conditions - rain ,wind and hot sun, and some fish still spawning

Bait boat to middle of lake using lake pellet and boilies

Basic but shower hot toilet clean

I would definitely recommend this venue, fish are great condition and hard fighting.
