General Comments:
If you're fishing peg 10 or 9 and you're not the best long distance casting pro then consider renting a baitboat or bringing your own.

General Comments:
Water levels have been really low so make sure you take waders. We fished peg 5 which was not a problem but 9 and 10 and 12 they would definitely be needed due to water levels being low.
All fish were in fantastic condition with no damage.
Make sure you take a substantial hammer with you (or jack hammer) to get bivvy pegs in. The floor is as hard as concrete. We went through a rubber mallet and a proper nail hammer getting the pegs in.
Frank and mark are sound fellas and franks English was far better than I was expecting after reading some of the feed back.
Overall I would recommend this venue to anyone who is after catching stunning fish in stunning surroundings, Brocard is perfect.

General Comments:
Angling Lines, as always were excellent and the service was first class. Well done again. The lake however was far from great, with millions of poison chat (making any bait other than tiger nuts useless) and about 45 cm of water in front of me i came home early as it was a waste of time casting into such shallow water with the fish in the last remaining deeper water at the other end. I had taken 30kg of bait and a simple call or email from the lake to tell me to only bring tiger nuts would have saved me a lot of effort and wasted money on boilies and particle. This is a lovely lake but with this many poison chat its one to avoid.
*Angling Lines note* Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry you had a very tricky week. Hot weather and low water levels have meant testing conditions as poisson chat were very active. Procedures are currently in place - nets are effectively reducing numbers and cooler weather is also helping. The lake will be drained this winter to eradicate the poisson chat, so for 2020 this should not be an issue.
