Cubes Lake Rules

Arrival: No earlier than 14:00
Departure: Please leave by 10:00

Security Deposit
A security deposit of €500 is required at the start of your week. This will be returned at the end of the week providing everything is left clean, tidy and undamaged.

Fish Care (top priority)
- Leadcore PROHIBITED, we recommend the use of fluorocarbon leaders
- Safety rigs: the lead must be able to release easily in the event of a break (secure ‘clip-lead’ for example)
- Fish care: a first-aid kit is mandatory for disinfecting hook punctures or any superficial wounds

Equipment & Techniques
- Hooks: sizes 2/4/6. Single hooks only. Crushed barbs or micro-barbs strongly recommended (depending on your preference)
- Main Line: nylon only, minimum diameter 0.30 mm. Braided main line is prohibited
- Landing mat: use of the mat provided by the site is mandatory
- Keep nets are strictly prohibited
- Photos must be taken immediately after the catch, with the fish held above the mat or in the water (strongly recommended)
- Max 2 rods per angler

Bait & Groundbait
- Cooked seeds/particle only. Raw seeds are PROHIBITED
- Bait boats are permitted

General Rules
- Please use the recycling bins provided
- Ground fires prohibited
- Disturbances: Bite alarms must be set to the lowest volume necessary. Please respect the peace and quiet of the natural environment
- Under 14's must be accompanied by an adult angler in the same swim

The purpose of these regulations is to protect the health of the fish stock and maintain the tranquillity of the site. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate exclusion.

If you or a member of your party experiences any issues during your holiday, please report them immediately to the venue owner/bailiff and to Angling Lines. This allows us the opportunity to resolve the matter while you are still at the lake, in line with our holiday Terms & Conditions.
