General Comments:

Can’t thank Gary, Ang and George enough for their kindness and help. Lovely owners. This was our first French fishing holiday and exceeded our expectations. Had lots of fun catches. We had lovely neighbours on the other lake too which made our trip even better. Will be returning!

Between me and my lad we had 29 fish mirrors and commons, pbs broken multiple times. 2x40plus
4x 30plus
18x20 plus
2x teens
3x singles
Many spat the hook, including 2 cats

Basic fishing, slip d bottom bait Gary’s inferno with house pellets, particle, mainline cell
Yellow barrel wafter, sausage wafter, signature squid pop up

General Comments:

Gary and Ange have created something special, a real credit to you both, food package is a must, you wont go hungry. Gary knows he’s stuff and will put you on the fish, it’s was our first time to France, and they made us so at ease, we smashed our pbs multiple times!

16 fish in total, 2 catfish 52lb and 54.7lb, 7 Mirrors up to 36.12lb, 1 Grass carp 26.12lb and 6 Commons up to 27.1lb.

Used size 6 D rigs fishing gravel bars and margins. Used venue bollies, pellets and particles

Cabin was comfortable for the 2 of us. We took advantage of the meal package

Were you happy with them?

Meal package was very good, full English breakfast set us up for the day. 2 course evening meal was great too, something different every day.

Yes looked after very well.

General Comments:

We will return to this venue but at a different time of the year. When the fish are not spawning. Gary and Ang are very friendly and give you any help you require.

Carp was a mix of some beautiful mirror carp, common carp and grass carp

Spinner rig and simple hair rigs, fishing to the far margins with double corn and plastic corn topper.

The facilities were fantastic, everything you needed was available. Very clean and we were well looked after.
