First time we’ve used this company, absolute faultless, from booking to the day of departure, nothing was too much trouble

General Comments:

Beautiful place, perfect place for a good social. Barry is one of the better bailiffs, gives you a few pointers then leaves you to it, not one of these, fish here fish there type, helpful and nice bloke!

General Comments:

Great looking lake. Barry good host very helpful. Lake was quite full so made it quite difficult,
boats were required which we wasn’t made aware of so had to hire motors at 70 euro each (so if you going over take your own motor if you have one. We had motors but wasn’t made aware). Boats need rowlocks only one had them. Nice secure premises. Unfortunately no way of releasing water levels so most fish hiding behind trees which would normally just be overhanging the water not in it.
*Angling Lines note* Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it. We have discussed the missing rowlocks with the owner. He advised that on arrival, anglers are given the option to use the boats with either oars and rowlocks or with motors. If rowlocks are required, a set is available in the facilities lodge, and more can be provided at any time if needed. Just to clarify, boats with oars and life jackets are provided free of charge. It is only the motors and batteries that are chargeable, which can be hired at the lake, or you are very welcome to bring your own.

Never fished france this early in the year (early march) but very impressed with the stamp of fish caught. All in pristine condition. Barry, the owner, was very welcoming and was helpful with tips and advice.

General Comments:

Really enjoyed the week but was really tough fishing conditions. Only real issue is the lake really has only one swim thats consistent. I probably wouldn’t return to the venue purely because I like trying different venues every season. But couldn’t fault it as for facilities etc.
