Yes, clean and tidy. Fridge and freezer space was adequate, showers nice and clean.

Landed 25 fish, mix of mirrors, commons and grass carp from 27lb to 54lb. Some stunning mirrors and the commons are outstanding

Used lake pellets and boilies and particles. Mark the bailiff put us on the spots and within hours we were catching fish

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone, facilities are spot on and Mark has to be one of the best bailiffs I've had the pleasure to meet, nothing is to much trouble for him and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay and points you in the right places to catch fish. Also his wife Anita's food packages are a must if you don't like spending time cooking whilst fishing, all fresh food never had a bad meal or anything I did not like

I would highly recommend booking your holl through angling lines... so easy to deal with all the girls at angling lines also keep you up to with any changes especially during the covid pandemic
