We had a total of 8 carp up to my pb common of 63.04...all fish except 1 were over 40lb! Fantastic in very hard conditions as spawning had started

Great, Angling Lines always so helpful if needed and jonchery really is a gem of a lake

Peg One , one angler Jeff Pope and me as guest. We had three fish , biggest being 44lb 8oz , 41lb 4oz and a double. Satisfied, as fish were spawning.

Used boilies and a snowman rig on a lead clip

Were the facilities what you expected?

Yes! We were introduced by friends who have visited Jonchery several times. We found everything as we were told and perfect for our needs too. We also included the food package with our booking. We had shared use of fridge, chest freezer, cooker, microwave and kettle .Showers, toilets all of which were kept very clean for all to use.

Were you happy with them?

Yes! all facilities were perfect, always plenty of hot water for showers. Mark and Anita our hosts were fantastic, really nice people, both very approachable. Mark for any information you might want on your swim and his knowledge of what has worked well for others and Anita for all the wonderful food she prepared and plenty of it. Excellent all round.

Angling lines with whom we booked this venue have been very helpful with questions or queries on our booking and always keeping us informed of any changes and updates. Very important.

General Comments:

Our whole stay at Jonchery was great!! Big thanks to Mark and Anita for making it so good. In fact we have rebooked already for September 2024 and presently looking to book next year as well.

Angling lines always go the extra mile, changed our crossing from ferry to train and stopped me stressing out with the p&o situation. Couldn't recommend them enough.
