I chose to fish as I do at home with spodding tactics with double hook baits, didn't catch loads of fish but had a good week and catching the second biggest fish in the lake at 62lb and my pb I'm over the moon

Were the facilities what you expected?

The facilities are first class, Mark the Bailiff is brilliant full of helpful hints and tips puts you on the spots, the food is excellent which is cooked by marks wife and certainly fills you up and delivered to your peg excellent.

Were you happy with them?

Very happy with the whole experience 10 out of 10

Had a great week not lots of fish but definitely quality, thanks mark and your wife hope to visit again in the near future and up my pb of 62 lb 👍

Peg 5
No Fish, In fact there was no fish in our part of the water all week, they were all held up at the top end of the lake.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Trying to keep the Muskrats from nicking our bait, even biting the whole hair off to take the bait.

Perfect, no complaints, very comfortable.

General Comments:

Jonchery is a beautiful water with plenty of water for you to fish in, although peg selection is paramount here, do your homework before booking.
We would personally like to thank Mark for his outstanding services while on our trip to Jonchery, his efforts and and willingness to help out where possible and taking time out of his free time to help us, Thank You Mark.

We had carp to 49lb common carp,numerous 30lb mirrors and commons , big grass carp to 40 plus

Small little pink hookbait critically balanced

Shower was great freezer for bait storage excellent food they supplied all week was excellent for us anglers healthy meals also.

Were you happy with them?

Yes very happy with mark and Anita couldn't help you enough great advice from mark the bailiff all week

Yes have started recommending angling lines I love the way each person is responsible for paying for there holiday

General Comments:

All 9 anglers had a great weeks angling at jonchery and can't wait to go back to venue mark and Anita are great hosts with lovely meals would recommend to anyone.

On peg 5 had 6 carp from 46.5 lb to 31lb , weather very hot
