General Comments:

Reseption on arrival was great, food and service through the week was good. Will be coming back again. Info issued by mark was exceptionally helpful.

Mark and anita are very friendly people and very helpful nothing is to much and marks knowledge is brilliant

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Fished swim 3. Unfortunately, although we saw a few fish, they were not there in numbers, and the majority still seemed to be balled up in the deeper swims. Fished hard all week and tried lots of spots. Far bank margins produced all our fish. Reduced the baiting to almost nothing to try and tempt any passing fish to drop down. Small, balanced sweet baits produced most of our bites.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Clean, tidy, well maintained and run by a very welcoming couple in Mark and Anita. All of the fish.........which i saw everyone else catch, were individually stunning and in fantastic shape. Mark was very approachable and quick to offer advice about the lake.

If you want a good week fishing in France book through angling lines and go to jonchery.
The bailiff and his family very welcoming and friendly help is always on hand from them, nothing is too much trouble
