General Comments:

We have been fishing commercial waters for more than 15 years, the lake Jonchery & the peg set-ups are very good. Everything was as promised on the website, no tricks. And fishing with barbless hooks does not mean you lose fish, we only lost 1 fish. Another important fact is that you can unhook the fish without damaging the fish in the water real easy before weighing and taking pictures.

None worked. All anglers on lake dissatisfied.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Gite was dirty, A previous flood had left 2 bedroom carpets were stained. Toilet also stained - had to buy cleaning fluids. Gite smelt musty and damp. There is a sheet of what I think is Asbestos behind log burner in lounge. It was cracked and broken. Temperature was up to 42 degrees, no air con or fan, bought fan. Advertised internet, but none there. Overall very disappointing. (Angling Lines note: All feedback comments are taken seriously. We would urge all our clients if they have any issues to make the venue or ourselves aware of them at the onset, giving the venue/owners opportunity to put things right)

No, as detailed above - left day early as could not take the heat, lack of facilities and lack of fish.

General Comments:

Excellent venue but our timing was shocking. We were in a swim well away from the main body of fish who were shoaling in the weed and probably thinking about spawning or recovering from it. The fishing was tough but we still managed to bank a few. I'll be back for round two.
