Well run complex, could not fault. Swims good, facilities very good and clean. Location for shop very good, Paul the bailiff very helpful.

General Comments:

Excellent lake, Paul is very helpful, very nice man. Lake does have large numbers of fish but I don't think they were in my swim this week but I will be back as soon as possible.

Details of your catches:

Great fish in the lake but fish were off the feed that week. 38 fish in total only 14 off the big lake. Biggest 50lb, smallest 19lb.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

safety lead core system, lightest lead i could get away with, 10-12inch hook link, stick mix and hard boilie as cray fish about more than paul thinks. Particle works well but i favour boilie if you can keep them on long enough.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Facilities were better than expected, we could cook together, no need to take any cooking facilitys at all.
Lake clean and well kept, except for the kray twins!!!!!!!!!!!
