Very good water, no weed. Very nice fish and no obsticles. I reccomend.

In swim 4, it started slow but picked up 2x40s 4x30s and a good head of 20s.

Swim 1 : 1 x 46, 1 x 40, 2 x 30's, 5 x 20's, 2 x doubles.

Facilities are good with brand new huge chest freezer, plenty of room for bait and food if you need it - also a large brand new fridge! ..cold desperados.. nice :0)
cooker if you need it, plenty of charging points, good shower too!
