Perfect and more, nice swimming pool, super clean lakeside gite with every everything required, lovely patio area to eat outside. Side anglers room to store tackle etc. Faultless

Were you happy with them?

Super happy, we felt so relaxed and at home from the second we arrived.

Fishing to far margin using bait boat, with pva bag with crushed boilie and pellets plus carpet feed and boilies.

Yes, This was our 3 time going and couldn't recommend it more, beautiful place and fantastic hosts.

General Comments:

Only fault would be fishing wise is 2 many fish under 10lb, which the owners said they were taking out in the near future.

Caught over 30 carp of all sizes up to 38lb by only fishing the mornings and evenings, as spent most of the days in the pool enjoying the good weather.

Using solid PVA bags with Buchaberry or Peach & Pepper Wafters cast into open water.

Yes, the facilities were exactly what we expected and better.

Yes, we had both accommodations booked and both were in excellent condition and maintained to a high standard.

General Comments:

Landes is a really well run holiday venue perfectly set up for families to visit. There are fish of all sizes for the family to enjoy catching whilst also having the option of using the hot tub and the pool which makes it a very pleasant location to visit. Kim & Tony are lovely people and make your stay feel very welcome. Everything at this venue is done is done with great care and the grounds are maintained to a high standard.

Details of your catches:

My brother who was the angler caught a 38lb which was the largest, but us non-anglers all had a go and I caught a 4lb common carp, so very pleased with myself.

Can't answer that one other than roach love the sweetcorn mix supplied by Kim and Tony

Were the facilities what you expected?

Yes the facilities were lovely and as expected, all fully equipped with everything you needed and lovely and clean, with a little welcome hamper which was lovely, nice cold glass of wine 🙂

Were you happy with them?

Yes very happy with everything on site and Kim and Tony were lovely hosts, who have a lovely place to escape too in the sun and enjoy the peace and fish!  The outdoor pool was lovely  especially during the recent heatwave they've experienced.

Would you recommend the venue to a friend?

Yes I would recommend to anglers and non anglers alike, I'd happily return, local area was also nice to visit.

Yes again I would recommend and have already shared with colleagues at work who do fish.
