Richard and the lake were both fantastic Great time had by all, would definitely recommend.

21 fish to 50lb. 2x doubles, 9x 20's, 9x 30's, 1x 50.

No particular tactic worked consistently, so we used a variety of baits and rigs. Snowmen, pellet, fake corn all worked. Minimal bait.

General Comments:

We enjoy fishing here and have been back many times. Great facilities and Richard is a great host. Nice relaxing fishing, with the chance of some big fish.

Loads of brilliant fish caught, all lumps, smallest was 20lbs biggest was 49lbs amazing little pool full on monster fish, not easy at times tho so don’t expect a run every 10 mins lol

Pva bags and fake corn, bait boat worked too! Shy away from pop ups but snow men work really well here too and wafters

Brilliant trip, I may not have had the luck as my other Angling chums in quantity caught but a brilliant pool, highly recommended
