better than expected. Nice shower with lots of hot water. Stuedy and clean fitted kitchen.

The recycling bins need to be emptied more often or they need to be larger ie wheelie bins, to deny access to rats. more effort to trap rats might be good too.

nice venue, fishing great up to tuesday then it went very hot and fish slowed/stopped

We all broke our pb's more than once with fish to 31.8 lbs with a lovely 29 lb common and a p.b 24.8 lbs grass carp which is also a new lake record

noisy week with harvest next door combine harvesters, road, music festival nearby. but as last year, jay, lake and crack really good
