Q: How much bait will I need?

You don't need large quantities of bait, just a reasonable quantity.

Q: What bait do you recommend?

We recommend boilies, pellets, plastic corn.

Q: If you supply bait on site, will I be able to get more bait during my stay if I need it?

We can provide toasted grain and pellets on site.

Q: What is the surface of the swims - can I use bank sticks?

You'll have your rods on the wooden pontoon on the main double swim, which is quite large at about 6m². You'll need rod stands as you cannot screw into the wood.

Q: Are any special tactics required?

No, however we recommend fishing to the margins.

Q: Do you recommend using a bait boat?

Yes, we recommend the bait boat, we also provide a boat with oar and life jacket free of charge. You can also hire a motor from us if you wish.

Q: Can I drive all the way around the lake in order to unload?

You cannot drive around the lake with the car, but the main swim is located 30 meters from where your vehicle will be parked.

Q: Is the lake secure? Can we leave our gear on the bankside if we go out?

Yes we think so. The property and the lake are completely fenced. The property is located in a small village with 4 very quiet houses. Entrance is through an automatic gate, if you wish to go out we think it is safe enough to leave your gear.

Q: Can we drink the tap water?

Yes the tap water is drinkable.

Q: Can I sleep in the accommodation whilst my rods are out?

Because of the pods' proximity to the water, it is no problem to fish at night whilst sleeping in them. You must not leave rods in the water when sleeping in the optional cabin accomodation.
