Mehdi is a good host ! chalet ready for next party. Fishing is very good with 9 PB's ! We had big problems with Poisson Chat on our baits though.

Everything worked, bottom baits, pop-ups, margin fishing with a bait boat on the far side and also fishing open water (this produced the biggest fish!)The most fish were however caught from the far margins

General Comments:

Mehdi is absolutely superb in his passion for carp fishing,fish care, and ensuring you have a good time and catch.
We had without doubt our best holiday so far! I think Mehdi is finishing the chalet this week and once thats completed Old Oaks will be a carp anglers paradise. The fish all fought incredibly hard and were in good condition - we will be back for the lake record and a grass carp!
On our return we hope to see a few beers in the fridge Mehdi, seeing as we helped carry it in there for you!!!!

General Comments:

The fishery is superb ! 7 thirties and 2 new lake record in just 3 days can't be bad ! 13 carp for 29lb average is excellent.
I'll come back soon to catch a 40'lber.
