General Comments:

Weather didn't do us and favour, high pressure and northern winds. But I think we had a good week considering.
The chat are an issue, personally wrapped my hook baits, while others didn't feel the need.
One thing with old oaks is the mystery of not knowing what's next, and how unpredictable it is!
Mehdi again left us alone, but always on hand

Details of your catches:

12 fish - 4x30s, 4x40s, 4x50s

Commons: 41lb
Mirrors: 36lb 10oz, 37lb 12oz, 39lb 2oz, 39lb 10oz, 40lb 4oz, 42lb, 45lb, 50lb 12oz, 51lb 13oz, 54lb 12oz, 59lb

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Fishing far bank at bottom of shelf. All fish caught between 6ft - 8ft

Poisson chats were a little active so most fish came to plastic yellow or orange plastic corn. Red Northern Special Pop Ups done a couple of fish and didn't get nibbled away by the Chats.

Would you recommend the venue to a friend?

General Comments:

Great lake and seeing Mehdi is always a pleasure. Highly recommended

Details of your catches:

Over the week we landed 22 fish. Chat were very active so proving difficult to bait spots.
The week provided 4x50's, 13x40's, 3x30's, 2x20's and 1x high double.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Wrapped baits with a small plastic topper fishing far margins. Bait boat is an advantage as alot of fish fell as soon as the bait was dropped.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Yes, large size chester freezer and tall fridge. English sockets and shower is red hot.

Were you happy with them?

Yes.
