General Comments:

Excellent venue, Well run, clean and tidy. Plenty of fish to be caught , all of which are perfect condition and hard fighting. The Owner is a nice guy always happy to help with tips and advice. We have been to France five times and this is probably the best venue we have been to!

General Comments:

We are sure Mehdi is the best host in all of France ! A very warm, friendly and knowledgable man. Mehdi says : What a week ! 3 new lake record including Mirror at 42lb and then 43lb, 40lb8oz common and 34lb grass carp ! A big well done!

Perfect. Clean shower & toilet (shower was really hot & strong), large fridge & bait freezer, plus sink area. All new & housed in a purpose built wooden cabin.

General Comments:

We started the week using fishmeal boilies & pellet & had quite a bit of trouble with the Poisson Chat. Changed to Quest Pineapple Crush boilies and hardly had another Chat all week - they deffinitely work in detering the Chat. Main tactic was baitboat to far side features, fishing 20mm boilie (topped with small 12mm plastic yellow boilie) over Quest Garlic Feast particle mix. Used quite a bit of bait (15kg boilies, 30kg particle). Our advice would be to stay off the fishmeal (pellet or boilie) if you want to avoid the Poisson Chat. Setting was absolutely beautiful - to have this lake to yourself really is a carp anglers dream & we unreservedly recommend it. See my article for more details.
