All 8 of us had great fishing, beating our PBs. We had catfish to 115lb, carp to 47lb 7oz, lots of 40s and 30s a few 20s. We all had sturgeon up to about 150lb. We had a great week and will be back next year.

Facilities were fine, Frank was helpful, its a natural lake with snags, you have shops a short drive away with everything you need.

Amazing week, my wife and I had biggest carp 22kg / 49.12oz. 8 carp, 4 cats. Lost 20, this lake is totally natural there are snags etc, challenging but good.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

2 snall mesh bags pellet on the hook. Bait was pop up coco that by FH baits laval. 90 percent fish caught on it. Used a bollie throwing stick and scattered bait across a wide area fished 100plus meters out.

Facilities are basic, shower hot.

Were you happy with them?

Toilet works but could do with an upgrade.

I d recommend this, basic drive survive, natural swims. If you're a tackle tart it may not suit you. If you want a challenge come here great time, the owner Frank does not bother you at all and a genuine nice guy.

4 carp pbs broken. Many huge sturgeon and catfish. Difficult week as weather was changing so much

Finding spots and spodding over the top.

Very big lake and wasn't peggy at all everyone had bites. Would look to doubling up in swims as the sturgeon are no joke
