Villefond Rules

Lake Rules;

* Departure; no later than 10am. Arrival; not before 2pm unless by prior arrangement with owners.

* If on a non-exclusive week, a swim draw will take place shortly after arrival time to decide where everyone will fish.

*Security Deposit: Due to strict waste regulations in France and to cover recycling, use of the facilities, and any potential damage, we require a mandatory cash deposit of £100 per group. This will be returned in full on the day of departure, provided all rubbish has been correctly sorted into the designated bins (located next to the facilities and labelled) and the facilities are left clean, tidy, and in the same condition as found, with no damage.

* If you intend to target the catfish in this lake please come prepared with the correct tackle for large catfish.

* Please have your nets ready for dipping upon arrival.

* Strictly 3 rods per angler maximum. Absolutely no unattended rods. If your rods are unattended you will be asked to leave without refund.

* No lead core. Whisker barbed or micro barbed hooks only. Minimum 15lb breaking strain line.

* Unhooking mats are supplied & must be used. Weigh slings are not supplied. Carp sacks are not allowed.

* Never stand while holding or carrying a fish. No marking or mutilation of fish, offenders will be prosecuted. 

* Nuts (peanuts, tiger nuts etc) of any type are banned.

* Particle; only particle prepared on-site by the owner or factory pre-prepared branded seeds, e.g. Quest, Dynamite, Natural Baits etc. - no other particles will be allowed. Preparation of particles on site is strictly forbidden and there is a zero tolerance policy in operation at this venue.

* No dead or live baits to be used unless caught on site. No fires (above-ground BBQ's allowed), no dogs. No swimming.

* Anyone under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. 

* Leave your peg clean and put all litter, bottle tops and cigarette ends in the bins provided please. No beer bottles or litter to be thrown into bushes around the lake - anyone caught doing this will be asked to leave without refund

*Any angler not respecting the rules will be asked to leave without refund

If you or a member of your party experiences any issues during your holiday, please report them immediately to the venue owner/bailiff and to Angling Lines. This allows us the opportunity to resolve the matter while you are still at the lake, in line with our holiday Terms & Conditions.
