The Lakeside Lodge
The small lodge sits right on the lakeside and is included in your booking – you can literally fish from the front door!

The completely open plan accommodation is equipped with two single beds, a compact kitchen which includes a cooker, fridge and sink unit. There's also a dining table and chairs and basic supplies - pans, plates, cutlery etc. Just outside the lodge sits a BBQ and outside table and chairs.

Toilet and shower facilities sit in their own unit, close to the pool, approximately 100m away. There is also a washing machine located here.

There is no wifi in the lodge but you can connect to the owner's wifi in the farm courtyard if required, otherwise 3G coverage is usually good.

For the accommodation, you have the option to bring your own linen or use the linen service (12€ for a single, 15€ for a double). You must inform the lake owner in advance of your trip if you would like to hire the bed linen.

The property is connected to the mains water supply, making the water safe to drink.

The Additional Bedroom Annex;
This additional annex (newly renovated in 2022) is located next to, and with direct access to, the toilet and shower facilities. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. At point of making your booking online you can add one or both of these rooms on.

Both bedrooms have their own access from outside via patio doors and also have access to each other with a door (which can be locked). The twin bedroom also has direct access into the toilet and shower room. The double bedroom would need to walk through the twin room or walk outside and around the building to access the toilet and shower room.

The Swimming Pool;
The swimming pool is open between 15th June to the 15th September (or until the end of September if the weather stays warm). It is available for your exclusive use between 9:30am-6pm on weekdays and between 9:30am-1pm on weekends. It’s sited around 100m from and overlooking the lake, but does not disturb the fishing in any way. Outside of June-September, there are three public swimming pools within 20 minutes of the venue.

Caravans/Campervans;
If you wished to take a campervan or caravan to the venue then there is space by the water's edge to park this.

Local Area;
In the local area there are many activities for families including bowling, an animal park, kayaking etc. The owners will be happy to give you pointers if required.
