Pretty much as expected, would not have described the chest freezer as small

Facilities were fine for a small number anglers

2.5 hours from Calais, quiet, hosts were very friendly and helpful, but lack of fish on the bank.

Will need to make some more friends as have already recommended your service to all my current friends

General Comments:

The fish were active all the time I was there, with plenty of shows, so don't think the low water level is to blame for continued poor results & with water temp still around 13 deg. C would have expected more action.

22 fish in total, biggest carp was 56lb mirror and biggest catfish was 30lb

Single hookbaits tipped with corn fished over 30/40 boilies per rod

Yes facilities good with local shops just 10 mins drive away

Yes, nice hot shower and plenty of fridge and freezer space

General Comments:

Would liked to of been notified about the poor water level at the lakes, 3 of us struggled fishing in 3/4ft of water with the large number of fish caught in the deep water of the lake 6/9ft

22 fish nearly all from one part of lake as water was very low.

Yes shower a bit small but ok

Yes good to have microwave and two ring hob.

Not at the moment water level needs to be sorted and not the runs water we booked. But all fish caught in good shape.

YES...(very clean & tidy)

YES VERY....everything you need for a drive and survive package!!!

NO.......due to the water level being -5 feet it made the fishing very very hard..

YES...angling lines were great in arranging everything........Bernard and sophie were fantastic hosts

General Comments:

Overall the weather was poor and did not help with the fishing which was really hard......the water level was really low --5 feet which did not help!! ....the local shops which is a 20min drive away were great everything you need to get, the locals were really pleasant..........
