Shower and toilet are a little bit compact but perfectly serviceable. Plenty of fridge and freezer space, lots of sockets for charging. Big bins on site for waste.

General Comments:

It’s a lovely lake, 3rd visit in 9 years, a couple of PB’s by the group again this visit. Total number of fish landed was down on previous visits but the larger fish count was very similar. All the fish in fantastic condition. Nobody landed the Sturgeon but he did the rounds causing the usual havoc. The water level was down approximately 2ft making it quite tricky to net fish in a few of the swims.

The use of a boat would’ve been helpful to free snagged fish but was told it’s €50, feel the boat use should be included on an exclusive booking especially for fish welfare.

Sebastian, Cyril and David will visit a few times over the week to deliver fresh bait but will also leave you in peace to enjoy the tranquillity. A couple of the swims could use a bit of attention to make them level for your bivvy or remove the stone so you can peg it.

Beautiful venue in a peaceful location looked after well by the owners they visited us 3 times and were always there if we needed it
