News from Carrouge lake
Feb 2026
A great session for Maxence, 17th Feb
Incredible session for Maxence. After 33 hours on the bank he landed 15 carp using the special fishmeal lake boilies and house pellets.

Winter session, 19th Jan
4 hours on the bank and 2 fish out already, not bad!

A quick 48hr session, 15th Dec
Very good result for Romain, a quick 48 hour session, 6 fish and lost 1!
Nov 2025
New Stocking, 3rd Nov
This October saw a large additional stocking of 62 carp this now brings the estimated stock to be around 250, (all commons and mirrors, including one ghost common). Weights were as follows:
- 1 carp at 47lb 8oz
- 5 carp between 36-41lb
- 56 carp between 19-35lb
Below we've included photos of some of our favourites! We're looking forward to hopefully seeing many of these pretty carp on the bank next season.
