Eau De Vie South Fish
Eau De Vie South's main stocking was in the winter of 2018 by the renowned French fish farmers Bigot. A total of 58 carp ranging from 20lb into the 40s were introduced to their new home, each one documented and photographed.
Another stocking followed in December 2019 with additional mirrors and commons to over 40lb, and in January 2026 three more carp were introduced at 40lb, 41lb and 51lb. This brings the total stocked to around 83 carp and the lake record currently sits at 51lb.
There is one catfish and also a few pike in the lake.
