Eau De Vie South Fish
Eau De Vie South's main stocking was in the winter of 2018 by the renowned French fish farmers Bigot. A total of 58 carp ranging from 20lb into the 40s were introduced to their new home, each one documented and photographed.
In December 2019 another stocking took place with a mix of mirrors and commons to over 40lb.
This brings the total stocked to around 80 carp and the lake record currently sits at 46lb.
There is one catfish and also a few pike in the lake.
