General Comments:

Ignore the 2pm meet time as when we arrived at 1 apologising for being early we told no you can come at 10. So this needs to be checked by Angling Lines.
*Angling Lines note* Thank you for your feedback. We have checked the arrival times with bailiff Mark, who confirmed that the official arrival time remains at 12pm, as stated in the lake rules. If the lake is ready earlier, anglers may be allowed to start sooner at the bailiff’s discretion, but the 12pm time ensures there is enough time to tidy up the lake and facilities after the previous group has departed. We apologise for any confusion caused.

General Comments:

Firstly Mark who runs the fishery is absolutely fantastic and very professional made us feel so welcome! Now about Evaro, if your looking for peace and tranquility this is it, this is by no means a runs water it has so many features which means you really have to work at it, but the rewards are definitely there, stick to your spots they will come! We landed most our fish from the boat as its relatively weedy all over!
As I’m writing this we are incredibly sad to be leaving, we have all said this place has left a truly special place in our hearts and will be back.

The owner and bailiff were sound they gave lots of advice and very helpful, it’s basically a drive and survive venue it is a lovely lake with lovely fish but everything was against us the cold nights sunny days sudden drop in temperatures high pressure, but we will be back definitely

Hard to comment, due to awful weather lake was fishing very hard!

Yes basic drive and survive, a freezer would be nice other than that no complaints.

Yes, Evaro has some absolute monsters and the fish are beautiful, not your typical fatty pale French fish! This was our second visit and will be back again!

Yes Angling Lines always give great service, very helpful

Was very unlucky with the weather, made fishing very difficult. Such a great stock of fish work beautiful surroundings… we will be back!
