Hard to comment, due to awful weather lake was fishing very hard!

Yes basic drive and survive, a freezer would be nice other than that no complaints.

Yes, Evaro has some absolute monsters and the fish are beautiful, not your typical fatty pale French fish! This was our second visit and will be back again!

General Comments:

Was very unlucky with the weather, made fishing very difficult. Such a great stock of fish work beautiful surroundings… we will be back!

General Comments:

What a week we had. Some absolute stunners in there & great company Andrew Wallis, my swim buddy Josh Ledwidge, Timothy Johnson. Loved every minute of it. Also a special mention for Mrs klimowicz who basically said you have to go. Enjoy yourself. She was right (of course) & I did.

Yes, a little tired but adequate, a curtain or door separating the toilet would be useful. The solar power wasn't a problem and easily ran everything we had.

General Comments:

Very hot week with temperatures over 30 degrees which made the fishing a bit harder. Mark looked after us well and kept us well topped up with bait when we needed it. We all enjoyed the week and managed to keep the Mozzy's away.

6 common carp biggest was 42lb, 3 mirror carp to 50lb 8oz.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Fishing to the treeline on rhe left of peg 1 was the most productive, using a baitboat to drop large amounts of particle to build the swim and fishing snowman rigs over the top, essential cell and the lake plum boiles were used.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Yes, as a drive and survive venue the facilities are perfect, hot shower a toilet and a fridge. The cabin is open plan and is lockable from the inside to stop people entering when using the facilities.

Were you happy with them?

Yes everthing worked and it was Mozzy free and clean.

I would reccomend to a friend without a problem.

We have used Angling Lines for several years now and have never had a problem.

General Comments:

The Mosquitoes here are insane, swarms of them, practically keeping you prisoner in your bivvy, it maybe because the recent flooding but go prepared, mozzy coils and at least 2 bottles of repellant per person. We went under prepared and are still paying the itchy price, Mark was amazing, he managed to get us some repellant. We have fished several Bachelier lakes that Mark bailiffs and have never had an issue.
