Unfortunately the weather turned cold second night which seemed to turn the fish off so only ended up with 8 fish. 3 x 30's best 39-4 3 x 20's 2 x doubles.

High attract hookbaits over particles/pellets tight to the margins, beds of baits simply did not work

Mark and his wife very helpfull, however, would not take up the food option again (did not think it was value for money and no breakfast on the last day) also a bit dissapointed that you are unable to re-book the venue for the following year (all booked up) customer loyalty?

Yes, Julie and the team have been brilliant from day 1, any question was answered quickly and nothing seemed too much trouble, it was a pleasure dealing with you for a hassle free experience.

General Comments:

Superb company (Angling Lines) and superb venue, Mark and his wife could not do enough to help us, Mark always on hand to help with advice or tips on the fishing. It was a very tough week and not as prolific as previous catch reports but we still had a fantastic time catching some lovely looking fish which are in superb condition. Can't wait to book again.

Details of your catches:

45 x carp, 1 x 48 mirror, 6 x 30lb commons, 2 x grass carp, the rest all good 20s with one or two doubles.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Bait boat used to fish far margin, occasionally using rowing boat to place baits, found firm clay areas to fish to also. Baiting regularly , fishing for a run at a time.

Have been before, facilities were clean and tidy,

I will try not to as I would like to fish jonchery 7 again, and it is already very full for next year. If you can get on it it will be very worthwhile.

Yes, have never had a problem with angling lines, and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

General Comments:

A problem free trip, Mark the bailiff was helpful, swim was clean and litter free, no problems with muskrats or rats, a very tranquil place to fish.
