Great week despite the cold weather to start (snow !!). Mark and Annita provided a great welcome and looked after all our needs during the week - thank you.

Snowman rigs with NS1 pop ups over pellet, take a baitboat and fish far bank margins, left hand side of swim for numbers of fish as you command more water, right hand side seemed to produce more of the bigger fish

Yes, take a bike as the facilities are a fair walk away.

General Comments:

2nd year at Jonchery 7, not as good fish wise as last year due to North east wind and previous week's anglers had a good catch, had food package but not impressed with price, advertised as £110 on website but charged 150 euros not impressed with inflated exchange rate.

Brilliant weeks fishing. Food package well worth it,
allowed us to concentrate on the fishing. Definitely will come back - best french venue so far! Sad to be going home. Mark very helpful and friendly food lovely.

Due to adverse weather the kake fished hard. We did manage 23 fish to 37lb .

We arrived with a meaty bait that had served me well on previous french trips, however the fish here like a fruity bait. Mark the extremely helpful bailiff sorted us out with some fruity baits and pellet. In a nutshell fruity baits on a straight forward blow back rig.
