Yes they were, everything toilet and shower very clean and tidy. Each swim is allocated a shelf in fridge and use of the big freezer. Use of kitchen, kettle, microwave. Perfect.

Yes all facilities high standard.

Had a very enjoyable week, already booked future dates.

We were on Swim 5 and had 15 fish between us despite a very slow start with cold and unsettled conditions. The action picked up from midweek as the sun came out and the water began to warm up.

Single lake boilie over a small bed of mixed particles and pellet with 4 or 5 freebies.

Absolutely and the re-decoration of the toilet/shower area is very nice. The new charging station is an excellent idea and very convenient. Recommend that you take a travel adaptor as the sockets are European two pin type.

Would you recommend the venue to a friend?

Yes, absolutely. Mark and Anita are very welcoming and very helpful. The food package is very, very good and highly recommended. Anita's cooking is top notch. Mark is always on hand for advice and tips to get the most out of your stay and is very helpful if you have any issues. He went out of his way to help get my bait boat up and running again after it failed on the Sunday.
The fish are all in excellent condition and put up real battle when hooked.
The swims are all very well maintained as are the areas around the lake.

An excellent venue which we have visited several times in the last few years and will continue to do so in the future.

Details of your catches:

Fishing from peg 6 was slow, 2 fish up until Thursday morning. Mark let us move to J7, where we caught plenty.
