General Comments:

Mark and anita made us feel welcome from start to finish. Lake is very well looked after and facilities are excellent. Food package is very highly recommended.

General Comments:

Firstly thanks to Mark and Anita, great hosts on a difficult week with strong easterly wind keeping the main shoal at the top end of the lake.. Would love to visit Jonchery again one day but not on peg 1. It is not really a double peg as the person fishing on the left is very much compromised by the poor positioning of peg 2. That said; great venue.

No, they were better, they have a first class den with all facilities you could need.

General Comments:

We dropped on Jonchery at short notice due to various circumstances and were not properly prepared. We had one of the lakes top pegs but because we only had short to mid-range tackle and no bait boat we could not easily get at the fish. The fish were patrolling the far margin at about 120yd, when weather permitted we placed baits with rowing boat and caught.

Other more clued-up and better equipped anglers with bait boats were getting 6 times the action we had. The fish are in excellent condition, the facilities are first class, the bailiff is a real topper. Do a bit of home work, listen to the man and you can earn a great result from this excellent venue.

The shower was great. Just what you want after catching a 61lb fish and Being on the water with it... Plenty of room for cold stuff in fridge and freezer

Jonchery was everything that I wanted from a French venue.... The bailiff was great, lake was clean... The fish was in immaculate condition.... The other anglers for that week were very helpful and friendly... We are already looking to book up for next year.. Thanks for a great fishing holiday... Well worth it..... I couldn't be happier..
