News from Laroussi lake

Winter success !, 1st Jan

David Wellard had a crazyÂ session on laroussi fishing the last 2015 few days up toÂ 5th of january. He landed 20 fish ! the biggest 3 were 46lb, 60lb ( bottom the scale, wasÂ heavier than this) and an gorgeous 72lbÂ !Â That fish smashed his 62lbÂ previous Pb. Not bad for a winter session.

The big mirrorÂ was in mint conditions, whole body andÂ mouth are just brillant.

It 's another new 70lber forÂ Laroussi. Watch that fish full of spawn april/may...

Christmas present from Laroussi !, 29th Dec

A Happy Christmas for David Wellard currently fishing Laroussi . After a successful few days on Old Oaks - Christmas day alone bringing him 3 lovely big carp, He has now moved to the bigger Laroussi lake and been gifted an amazing Laroussi Christmas carp in return for his dedication.

This morning he took a stunning 60lb mirror from the lake.

Mehdi says the weather is right and big carp are on the feed, so something tells me there might be even more presents from Laroussi yet to come over the new year.

Congratulations to John Allen, alias " The Baron", for the catch of another big mirror weighing 64lb! That fish brought a bit of happiness during that very sad french week...
