General Comments:

We arrived back at the lake for the second time. There was 3 of us fishing and i brought along my 15yr old son as a guest, we was greeted by mehdi and the other fishermen . we then decided witch peg we were going to fish. i fished the same swim as i did last year, my friend Simon and Nathan went on the point swim but the weather conditions weren't looking so good but we were all glad to be back on the lake. after four days of nothing just the odd bleep, we realized how hard it was going to be but then Nathan hooked up a 46.8 sturgeon. then another fisherman had a sturgeon at 57lb11oz. he was very pleased has is (pb) was 15lb. then on the Thursday night i had a slow take i struck in to it and straight away i knew it was a carp,after 20 min's it was in the net . i could not believe my eyes another big mirror it bottomed my 60lb scales out so Simon went to get mehdi it went to 63.2lb WHAT A FISH . another dream fish .mehdi informed me that it was called the big resident i could not believe it another 60 in bad conditions on tiger nut boilies bottom bait we all had a cold but memorable time and cant wait to get back in July and who knows could there be a 70?

General Comments:

It is the first week in november and what a week ! 64lb mirror ( 3 different sixties now) at Laroussi, It smashed my PB by 33lb ! The fish are very healthy here and very strong. It was the biggest fish I have ever seen like a log, that's what it felt like... Laroussi for me is THE place for big carp with one or two 60lb+ coming out once a week for the past 3 weeks ! I will be back for more next year. My dream has come true ! Thanks Mehdi

Fish in good condition , excellent venue , made to feel very welcome by Mehdi and others anglers. We will be back next year, maybe a 70 !!! Awesome fishing !
