Nil caught. Had 8 runs what I believe were grass carp, had them on for a few seconds, line running then dropped it

General Comments:

Even thou I didn't catch (again) other lads were catching some fantastic fish. Paddy and Pete were working hard to catch fish and their rewards were fanastic. Apart from a few 30lbers coming out, there were some big 40's...50's ...and a lovely 67 lb mirror to Pete.. well done Pete

One mirror carp at 47lb, two sturgeon and two grass carp.

General Comments:

We will be going back at some point a bit later on in the year. We Thoroughly enjoyed our week. Medhi is a really nice bloke and always on hand to help.

Nothing by Monday as very cold, 15 by the week. Steve caught the biggest, a 58lb mirror.

Very cold start to the week, so little and often. Boilies and particle.

Mehdi has been busy tidying up the chalet and cropping trees. It's a vast improvement.

Were you happy with them?

As always very happy, be back next April, it's very rare to meet someone as polite and friendly as Mehdi.

General Comments:

First half of the week was slow and not much showing. Then on tuesday afternoon it went really mild and a bit of cloud cover which seemed to do the trick as i caught on laroussi and the guy on old oaks had his fish at the same time, so it was down to the weather really. Still, i'll be back again for a few trips over next winter. MeHdi has been doing a lot of work on Laroussi and Old oaks cleaning up the swims and taking down the dead trees, and his wife painted out the facilities at laroussi. Nice one MeHdi.
