General Comments:

The lake is beautiful and pegs have plenty of space / the only down side of the trip was too many bream present in lake

Details of your catches:

Between the 2 of us we had around 25 carp - 6x30s to 39.2oz, 5x20s to 29.5oz, the rest were a couple of singles and upper doubles unfortunately we also had a load of bream in excess of between 35\45 not good.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Fished to the buoys in the middle of the lake which is approximately 150 yards, with boilie and pellets, rigs were blow back with either double 18mm bottom baits or 18mm boilie tipped with a 10\12mm pop up

Were the facilities what you expected?

Yes facilities were fine although a little compact, there are 2 large chest freezers and 4 large fridge freezers so plenty of room for bait and food.

Were you happy with them?

Yes they were fine.

Yes and have done many times, I have always been happy with the service I have received from Angling Lines and this year has been difficult for everyone but they have still provided an excellent service in very trying times. Thanks to all the team

General Comments:

Lepenet is a beautiful lake with large double swims which are well spaced out so you have plenty of water to fish without being close to other anglers. Once the bream problem is sorted out it will a fantastic lake as it does hold some very big carp which i did witness while there unfortunately not in my weigh sling LOL

*Angling Lines note* Thank you for your feedback. As we mentioned on the other group's feedback from this week, up to this point bream have not caused an issue and we fully appreciate that they were an annoyance on your week, Sebastien is now setting up a system to remove these from the lake.

General Comments:

Fantastic trip, carp between 9 people in every swim. Very helpful and friendly cyril. Absolutely amazing trip, we've fished in France for 10 years and this lake has everything you would need.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

A mix of boilies and tigernuts with matching hookbaits, double tiger or single 18mm bottombait. Heavy baiting a large area in open water at the start of the week then light baiting tight to the hook bait after each fish.

Yes! Perfect for drive at survive two hot showers massive freezer two fridges and UK plugs for charging.

General Comments:

Fantastic lake and not to far from what you need with a incredible mix of fish on offer from mega long commons to scaly mirrors. Swims to suit all angers and plenty of fish to go at. Love the flexibility of being able to use rowing boat and overall the two visits I’ve had have been amazing!
