General Comments:

The fishing was very tough at times due to the majority of fish being in Pre-spawn mode. The cabin is tidy and has everything you could possibly need for a weeks fishing. Richard the bailiff is a top bloke, very knowledgable and always offering advice.

General Comments:

Hard fishing overall, but we will be back next year. Richard the bailiff was amazing, great guy 10/10 buddy.

My fish came to Krinella boilies fished over partiblend/maize, other fish came to scopex boilies fished over pellet/parti blend. The catfish were caught in open water using boilies fished with baitboat full of pellets. Most fish were caught margins early hours of the morning 00-00-03.00. Very hard week,with rain every day & thunder/lightning ! We've booked next year already, as the lake and richard are both superb.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Yes,the cabin has all you need....tv was great to watch the euros on :-) The shower is a bit slow to drain,so don't go full power on the water!

Were you happy with them?

Yes,it's not rough fishing when you've got tv/shower/cooker & fridges!

Yes 5* The fishing wasn't great, as the fish hadn't spawned and the weather was terrible but i still managed a PB of 40-08. We will be back next year and smash the record of fish caught !!!

General Comments:

We let the sat nav take us there, using A84 route around Rennes (no tolls all the way down). When you get to the last turn left by a house, go all the way up that road untill you see a lake on the right...that's where you turn left for lillybelle.

Unfortunately we caught very little due to fish being in pre spawning mode because of variable weather. Richard couldn't have been more helpful but sometimes you cant beat nature.
