Were the facilities what you expected?

Yes, we have been here before. Fishing wasn't up to the usual standard, but thats fishing. Don't let previous reports put you off. We had 52 or 54 fish between 2 of us a few years ago! There is nothing wrong with the bunk beds! I slept on them for the last night of our stay because I packed up on the Friday because I don't like getting up early, I had a great nights sleep apart from Mark waking me up for a photo shoot! (well worth it)

I've left it on 5 stars but it isn't. Dont come here and expect the Hilton, however everything you need is here including a very accommodating bailiff (Rick) and his dog mixi, old but gold black lab that loves attention! Ive known Rick for a number of years now, Ive met up with him at other lakes across the region, dont struggle in silence, ask him and he will gladly help, although you may not take up his work ethic whilst on holiday (Rick will know) Your on holiday right?

Oh yes, although the main road is a bit more noisy since its been resurfaced. Me and my friends have been coming here for the last ten years. Some of my mates hold the lake record for the most caught and the current lake record. Andy Talbot (Togy) Warrington MOT centre has the big one, You owe me one mate! Free MOT in October? LOL
