We were the first group of the year and had a great haul of 41 carp !!! 23x 30's 3x 40's and 15x20's with top weight been a lovely common of 45lb !! And so many of the 30's were topping the high end of the 30lb so in the the summer I'm sure there will be a fantastic head of 40's in this lake.

Boilies ( Icelandic red) and partiblend to spodded area and baitboat to far margin.

You could not meet a nicer gent like Mehdi, and we cannot compliment enough on the pristine condition of the fish.
We will be back in the late summer.

Old Oaks lake is a very excellent destination for fishing in winter I catch 4 carp over 30lbs in just 4 hours

i use a KD rig with Just a yellow pop up or fake corn with a method mix.

Caught approx 19 carp over all, biggest 43lb was biggest. Weather conditions very hot. We had a much better year the year before.
