General Comments:

Blue lake is a beautiful venue, with lots of fish. A thoroughly enjoyable week. The facilities are adequate.

Very little weed, lots of gravel bars. You need to find the gravel bars before you fish as the fish feed off them a lot.

The owners were very helpful.

18 10-20lb carp
only 1 carp under 10lb

18mm boilees squid and orange tipped off with orange plastic corn baited tight over particles
all on the bottom

Fished 2 pegs 3 then 1

Peg 3 has plenty of fish in it however be prepared for a hard fight and to get in the water ;)

Peg 1 home from home perfect peg with plenty of water to go at with gravel bars and a deep silt channel.

ps...these fish hang on.... :-)
