Yes, really well kept venue. Very quiet, so quiet that you can hear the water on the river Sarthe running over a weir 1/2km away!

100%. I booked for early January but the lake was going to be frozen. There was no trouble from Angling Lines or Thomas for me to rebook when it was milder.

Pop Up’s gave the highest bite indicators but listening to the owner is a must as he is very knowledgeable on the lake and its features and locations which work best.

Facilities were amazing for the secluded peaceful location and owner could not of been more helpful.

Were you happy with them?

Very happy with facilities and help from owner who noticed we only had small batteries for our heaters so brought down big 130-200ah batteries which saved us!

Would you recommend the venue to a friend?

Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit a lake in France. Easy to find, secluded from the town but can drive to the supermarket in either direction in under 10 minutes

The venue is very tidy, can tell the owner is proud to have the lake and is nice to see the owner at the venue giving advice and being supportive.
