News from Eau De Vie South lake

24 Hour Session, 27th Feb
As the weather has started to warm up I decided to dust the rods off and do a 24 hour session on the bank. Wow what a session it was, a total of 7 carp graced me with their presence, of which 4 were in the 20’s.
But that was not the end of it, just as I was packing up Angeline came round and decided to throw a rod out and as if it was planned on the 46th minute, the alarm went off and after a fantastic fight landed a stunning 24lb 2oz mirror.

Eau De Vie received a much anticipated stocking this December which means the lake is ready to offer anglers and their companions a big welcome in 2019!
In total the lake is now home to 77 carp, the majority 20's, at least six 30's and a 44lb'er. We're also hoping to receive the stocking of a further two 40lb+ carp soon.
