New Owner, 23rd Jun

Ilot has now been taken over by Louison, a trusted contact of previous owner Constant, who brings a wealth of hands on experience as both a lake owner and a keen carp angler. Louison already operates a well established coarse fishery nearby, so Ilot is in very capable hands.

A thorough handover has taken place between Constant and Louison, and we're pleased to confirm that the venue will continue to operate much as it always has. The fish stocks remain completely unchanged, and Louison's intention is to run Ilot in the same way that Constant did.

Angling Lines have completed a visit and held a detailed meeting with Louison. We came away fully satisfied that Louison will be a competent and diligent owner.

From 13lb to Nearly 55lb!, 1st May

The big carp are already making their presence felt. One fish in particular has left us amazed. Introduced in November 2021 at around 13lb, it now tips the scales at almost 55lb. That's an incredible gain of nearly 42lb in less than five years.

We can't wait to see what the future holds for this magnificent fish! 🎣🐟💪

Queen of the lake, 14th May

The queen of the lake has made an appearance this month. This massive common is frequently caught, much to the delight of our anglers. We've seen it evolve and grow, and it's now one of the stars of Ilot, boasting its XXL size.

As usual, our anglers are enjoying themselves and the fish are continuing to grow, with a huge number of fish over 33lb.

New Lake Record, 21st Feb

Denis was back on Ilot this week and landed us our biggest fish in the water at a record weight of 59lb. Way to go Denis! And what a start to the season.
