Gluged source boilies over bed of pellets taken to about a rod length off far margin using bait boat was the most productive method.

Already have. I've fished in France every year for nearly 20 years, and this is one of, if not THE best fishery I've been too.
Clean and tidy very good communication with the owner Phillipe, and also Jan and Joanne.

Yes 1000%, extremely professional approach to your services and customers. Nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Linda who at the drop of a hat organised an earlier ferry crossing for us, thank you Linda and angling lines.

General Comments:

I really can't see any of the negative comments being of concern.

The fishing was difficult, but we all enjoyed trying to find a method to catch. If you're prepared to make the effort and not just chuck it out and open a double strength bottle of larger, the rewards are there.

The venue was absolutely immaculate and the staff were very helpful and polite. So 20 out of 10 for us.

44 carp caught, biggest 52lb, 46.02lb, 42lb and 2 40lb all mirrors. Numerous thirties to 39lb. One nice common high 30.

Bottom baits tipped with various colours mainly.

Joannes food was great, highly recommend food package. Shower and toilet ok.

Couldn’t fault the facilities. Everything that we needed and was very clean too.

General Comments:

Great fishery, deffo not a runs water. I know it was hot but 11 fish all week is bad. Joan was great, made us feel really welcome and did a great job of looking after us.

Details of your catches:

11 fish total, biggest @ 45lb. Plenty of missed runs so should have been more. Only 1 fish caught in the day, the rest were at night.
The weather was very hot which made the fishing a lot harder.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Fished mostly to the far margin. Boilies topped with fake corn or snowman style seemed to work well
The silt is very deep and difficult to find and clear spots but fishing helicopter style should leave your bait above the silt

Were the facilities what you expected?

Facilities were more that adequate and always kept clean and tidy. We had the food package which is well worth the money and Joanne couldn’t have been more accommodating.

General Comments:

Fishing was though due to the hot weather. Since the trees were cut down the only shade can be found in the out of bounds area so the fish tend to hold up there and move out at night.
The fishing was very enjoyable but I would say that it is not a runs water anymore
