13 fish between 8-10lb mainly commons had 1 koi, 8 fish between 10-20lb, 4 fish between 20-30lbs and 7 fish between 30-36lbs biggest common was 29lb and biggest mirror was 36lb

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Pva bags with any bait on the hair I just used fake corn, fishing in middle of lake in front of lakeside gite and I only fished in the day after breakfast till dusk

No they were better, pool is great for the kids of any age. Accommodation was a nice and the welcome hamper was just lovely

General Comments:

We really enjoyed our week away and Kim and Tony didn't disappoint with anything always happy to help and Lake Landes is gorgeous even for those that don't fish you will still have a good time

Margins were very productive, a few 30lb plus about 3/4 out in middle of lake.
Bait used maize and corn particle mix and live system bollies used

Were the facilities what you expected?

Very well equipped gites, spacious and very homely. Shower and bath were lovely. Selection of dvds were brilliant for the very hot days. Pool was brilliant. Table tennis was fab. Beds very comfortable. Kitchens were well equipped. Supermarket was 5 mins down the road and a larger hypermarket was 6.9km away with the most varied food i've ever seen.

Were you happy with them?

Brilliant!! Everything was perfect we had such a lovely time.

Would you recommend the venue to a friend?

Absolutely 100% brilliant venue for anglers and non anglers. The owners were lovely and on hand if anything was needed but they were not intrusive which was lovely. The little food package on arrival was a lovely touch, milk, bread, pate, wine and beer... much needed after a long journey. Around the venue are different animals, goats, peacock, ducks, cats, ducklings, it was just beautiful.

Would you recommend the services to a friend?

Yes, the package included eurotunnel transfers, about 8 and a half hours from the venue which was a long drive... next time we will fly!

15 mirrors/commons weighs 10lb to 37lb and my girlfriend had 3 up to 12lb so 18 in total

2-3 hand fulls of mixed boilies for baiting up with a double boilie hook bait halibut and banana went well

Just had a brilliant week with plenty of pics for the photo albums such lovely place and big thanks to toni and kim for everything

Details of your catches:

24 fish between 3 anglers

10 = 0-10 LBS, 3 = 11-20 LBS, 6 = 21 -29 LBS and 4 30+... and a bass.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

We used a mainly boilies approach to try and target just the carp but we also had a few halibut pellets. We used a variety of hook baits but mostly used snowman and double boilies to try and get those bigger carp.

Were the facilities what you expected?

The facilities are like nothing I've ever seen in carp fishing and is even better than the photos. Just using the lakeside gite there are 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms with an amazing shower and 2 outdoor sitting areas. They were amazing!

Were you happy with them?

We were very happy with them and it was very nice to have a little box of goodies when we arrived that were brill!

General Comments:

Kim and Tony were fantastic and always there if we needed anything. It would be nice to have the smaller fish taken out but they are planning on netting this winter. We even had a fox visit us.
